Interactive webinar : CREST - Climate-resilient coastal urban infrastructures through digital twinning​

Co-financed by JPI Urban Europe, CREST is a three-year project started in March 2022, involving 9 partners from France, Poland and Norway, with the goal of helping vulnerable urban areas to set-up and roll-out collaborative platforms through digital twinning and co-creation approaches to support environmental decision-making and innovative policy practices, enabling robust and resilient responses to climate change.

During this webinar, we'll present you the results of the project and involve the participants in discovering the different outputs, including the Digital Twinning Demo of the 3 selected urban areas in France, Poland and Norway, to understand the impact of climate change on these cities, and how lay citizens can actively contribute to climate change adaptation policies and urban planning.

• 15' Sustainability and resilience monitoring framework of urban areas (ETTIS laboratory of INRAE and Business School of Economics of the University of Bordeaux)
• 15' Policy co-creation processes based on participatory/citizen science approaches (IRMiR Institute of Urban and Regional Development and INnCREASE)
• 15' Digital Twin / Augmented Reality technology to identifying the "What if" scenarios of the three urban areas of the project for the different use cases (AugmentCity) 
• 10' CREST impact on urban policy making for climate change adaptation (Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune and Kristiansund municipality)
